Blurred Lines

I was thrilled to be invited to submit one of my gardens for publication in The Weekend Australian Magazine on April 1st this year. The home is a traditional Californian bungalow with a contemporary extension to the rear of the property. This is where I really got to design something special for my lovely clients Liz and Clinton. The pool had already been installed (unfortunately as I like to make this an integral part of the design).

A functional garden

This garden comes complete with my signature angled and curved geometry giving a dynamic feel to the landscape. It is still in essence a family and entertaining garden but it just goes to show, that great design doesnt have to be too conservative to be functional.
