Design Brief
The client works from home and the couple have 2 small children. The front courtyard was the be a sheltered entertainment area away from the ocean winds. The water feature was to be child-safe. The brief also included creating a simple yet stylish entry for their new contemporary Australian style home.
This garden also appears in a recently published book by John Patrick titled Contemporary Australian Garden Design published by ABC Books.
