Melville Garden
Design Brief
A new single-storey house with a skillion roof on a long narrow block. There were several areas to be designed including the entry to the left. The clients were concerned that the front door was not visible from the road so the entry needed to be clear and inviting with an appropriate entry statement.
This garden incorporates a series of distinctly different courtyard spaces using overlaying angles and a variety of textures, materials and colours. It creates views from all living spaces and the master bedroom.
