Mount Claremont Courtyards
Design Brief
These courtyards were my own — I wanted something young and bright yet still functional. The large glassed areas in the house meant that these gardens were visible from all major rooms. The larger courtyard at the front contains a daybed and a substantial water feature constructed with Perspex. The smaller central courtyard contains a small decked area for seating and a d-shaped pond with a stainless steel rill traversing the space.
